Peace in the pondering
Calm in the storm
Joy in the suffering
Knowing this is where I belong
In Your arms I will linger
Where in Your peace I abide
Here I stand saying . . . thank you
For this unexpected turn
Don’t know how I made these choices
In the loving we learn to be loved
In being loved we learn to love
In the forgiving we learn to be forgiven
In being forgiven we learn to forgive
In the sorrow we learn to embrace joy
Within joy we embrace sorrow
