Problem To Paradise

the problem is a visceral view into his soul leaving me wanting
perhaps wanting to give more than receive
with the reception welcome . . . transforming
isn't that how we love? we hope our pouring into another's life might bring remedy
yet there is no panacea for this problem

the potential is everlasting bliss, kiss upon kiss,
lost dependence upon oxygen
perhaps loving more than being loved in return
with the exception overruled with penniless passion
Isn't that how we swim? we dive into the dangerous deep and believe in parody
then awaken to the shallow end as the only potential

the paradise is momentary magic
where two souls unite unencumbered with history
perhaps previous indiscretions are carelessly forgiven while
our perceptions abandoned as we reject the obvious
isn't that how we proceed? we lie to ourselves, this moment may linger longer
yet the paradox remains, never to be paradise

the profoundness is this bedrock of belief found solid, sensual and serene
perhaps holding to ideals sustaining beyond weakness
amidst the pain of this human existence
isn't that how we believe? we hold to a hand out of reach, a smile yet unseen
until our seams meet unscathed betwixt this time and space continuum. . .
therein lies the profoundness of love . . . there is no problem

I loved the way you transitioned from one human condition to the next in a question. The progression demonstrated the importance in realizing that 2 people in love need not worry about the essence of timing in the relationship but just concentrat on the joy of the now. It is already done in Christ.
